Terms of Service
Last updated: July 5, 2026
These terms apply when you create an account, accept an invitation, or use the .stack platform at dotstack.io. By using the service you agree to them.
The service
.stack is a business platform that helps companies manage software subscriptions, workflows and related tools in one place. Features, modules and pricing depend on your plan and are confirmed in your agreement with us.
Accounts
- You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure.
- You are responsible for activity under your account and for who you invite into your workspace.
- We may suspend access if we reasonably believe the account is compromised or misused.
Billing
Paid plans are billed according to your contract or order confirmation. Invoices are due within the payment terms stated on the invoice. Unless otherwise agreed, subscriptions renew until cancelled with written notice within the notice period in your contract.
Your data
You retain ownership of the business data you upload or connect to .stack. You grant us the rights we need to host, process and display that data solely to provide and improve the service. Our use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
Do not use .stack to break the law, infringe others' rights, attempt unauthorised access, or interfere with the platform's operation. Do not upload malware or use the service to send unsolicited bulk messages.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep .stack available and secure, but uninterrupted service is not guaranteed. We may update the platform and these terms from time to time. Material changes to active customers are communicated before they take effect.
Liability
We provide the service with reasonable skill and care. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability under these terms is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim arose, and neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss.
